LAWFUL BASIS FOR THE DATA PROCESSING

The personal data, which are mentioned in this page, are processed by the company in the carrying out of its tasks either of public interest or related to the exercise of public powers, thus including the task of promoting the awareness and encouraging the understanding of the public concerning the risks, the standards, the guarantees, and the rights in relation to the data processing , moreover it must promote the awareness of the controllers and of the people in charge of the processing about the duties required by the Regulation (art.57, par.1, lett.b) and letter d) of the Regulation.

DATA TYPES AND PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

BROWSING DATA

The computer systems and the software procedures which are responsible for the functioning of the site, acquire over the normal performance some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of  Internet communication protocols.

Either the IP addresses or the names in domain of the computers and of the  terminals used by the users, the addresses URI/URL which are in notation (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of required resources , time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server come under this data category, besides the file size which has been sent in reply to the request, the numeric code showing the reply status ( either successful or failed etc…) and other parameters concerning the operating system and the computer environment of the user belong to this data category.

Such data which are necessary for the use of the web services are also processed for the following purposes:

To obtain statistical information about the use of services ( most visited pages, number of visitors either per time slot or daily,areas of geographical provenance)
To check the correct functioning of the provided services
The browsing data are retained not longer than seven days and they are deleted immediately after their aggregation( unless  possible needs arise to assess crimes by the judicial authority).

Cookies and other tracing systems

Neither cookies for users profiling nor other tracing methods are used.

On the contrary session cookies are used (not lasting) in a way which is  strictly restricted to what is necessary for a safe and efficient browsing of the sites.The storage of the  session cookies either in the terminals or browsers is under user’s control, whereas on the servers, at the end of  http sessions, information concerning the cookies remains stored in the services logs,  with data retention period not longer than seven days as well as for other browsing data.

DATA WHICH ARE PROVIDED BY THE USERS

The data ,which are collected by means of the contact form and information request  sent by the users ,will be used for the purpose which is required  by the user himself.

Optional, explicit, voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses which are mentioned on this site implies because of its nature itself , the subsequent acquisition of the sender address, which is necessary to reply to the requests, as well as other personal data which are included in the missive. The  data subjects are entitled to obtain (in the cases provided for )either the access to the personal data, modification or erasure of them or the restriction of processing  which is about them, or they can object to the processing (articles 15 and following of the Regulation)
